- Payment due upon arrival before departure.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. SAFETY & ELIGIBILITY
- Guests must follow crew instructions.
- Service may be refused if unsafe (medical, intoxication, misconduct).
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
- Marine activities involve inherent risks (weather, wildlife). Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
5. PERSONAL PROPERTY
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property unless required by law.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All logos, images, and text belong to Cayman Stingray Charters. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. LIABILITY
